What's Working
The democratization of creation is real. Anyone can build an app, start a newsletter, create content. The gatekeepers are losing their power.
AI is actually useful now. Not just a gimmick, but a genuine productivity multiplier. I use it every day.
What's Concerning
Attention is becoming increasingly scarce. The tools that help us create also fragment our focus. Finding signal in the noise is harder than ever.
The speed of change is exhausting. Keeping up feels like a full-time job. It's okay to not follow every trend.
Looking Ahead
I'm optimistic. The builders are winning. The people making things are gaining power over the people just talking about things. That's a good trend.
The best time to start building was yesterday. The second best time is now.
