Don't hide your ideas. Don't make someone sign an NDA. Don't be that guy. Just build and see where it goes before you cross bridges that will hinder growth.
Most people underestimate what happens when you just keep showing up. Consistency beats intensity. Small actions stack.

Tech is taking over. With Claude Code, you can put your workflow into a skill and get an agent to do it 10x better and quicker. The best opportunity now is growth. The technical marketer is more valuable than a PM nowadays.
The best education is working with people who have already done it. Find operators, not just advisors. Met Andy Ballester who built GoFundMe and it changed how I think.
When you're building something at this stage, give equity. You want everyone incentivized and on the same page. Building is worth nothing without distribution, and you need a team.
Went to a founder retreat where I met creatives like @downloadlos whose perspective on apps was fascinating. The artistic side of the grind — making content and viral products to gather attention.
I want to get into personal branding but I'm not sure how to start yet. Experimenting with faceless content, slideshows, and eventually making face content. The journey begins.
