Member of Technical Staff

Joined a seed-stage computer vision startup in San Diego as an early team member. One of those roles where you end up doing a bit of everything. On sales I run customer calls and build POCs for prospects. On marketing I work on ad creatives and speak at events like SD Startup Week. On dev I've committed to our backend, built internal tooling, and shipped full applications customers use daily. When I spot a bug or feature idea I don't just file a ticket — I talk it through with our CPO, spec it properly, and work with engineers to ship it.

Contract Engineer

Brief contract work. Did some frontend optimizations and really saw the demand for content and marketing on organic platforms. A16z Speedrun company

AI Engineer

Built an AI-driven data platform using vector-based RAG search and real-time visualization, cutting manual ESG data processing by 90%. Designed an internal search system with a custom ranking algorithm. Contract work while at Ambience — had the bandwidth and wanted to get hands-on with AI engineering.

Care Transformation Engineer

Employee #30. First person on the new Care Transformation team. Built an internal CRM integration tool that became a daily-use tool across the org. Automated cleanup of the entire customer database. Embedded with customers daily to troubleshoot and ensure optimal functionality.

Product Management Intern

First PM intern at Midi. Designed and executed clinician workflow surveys, built an internal Slack chatbot, drove product strategy, authored PRDs, and redesigned the Help Center. Findings led to 30% improvement in clinician productivity.

UX Research Intern

Conducted 50+ usability testing sessions with Type 2 diabetes patients alongside MDs. Research directly influenced design modifications that improved patient outcomes by 20%.
